Our pastrami is made from brisket and brined for 5 days with a blend of coriander seeds, bay leaf, fennel seeds, cinnamon stick, yellow mustard, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and dried chilli. It is then slow-cooked for 24 hours using lychee wood, ensuring a rich and flavourful experience in every bite.
For optimal freshness, store in the refrigerator. Before opening, the vacuum-sealed pack can be kept for up to 5 days. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
